City Square Heritage Walks

Highlighting Vancouver’s history: Led by local author and heritage expert, John Atkin, these unique tours showcase the rich heritage of surrounding areas. The tour starts from City Square" Food Court at 10am and lasts about two hours.

August 26th: Fairview Slopes - On this walk see how in an area of extraordinary change there are still bits of history. Look at how this neighbourhood, largely redeveloped in the 1980s, has matured over time.

Walkers are asked to meet at City Square Mall"s Food Court at 10am. Space is limited so get there early. Walks are $10 per person, kids under 12 are free. Contact City Square administration at 604-876-5165 or the Vancouver Heritage Foundation at 604-264-9642.
